Instructor Course | Part 1 - Teaching & Learning Course | i.e. for SFI, TRI (MPA) Course

AIM & Audience The aim for the course is to train an EASA license holder to the level of competence necessary to enable them to act as a flight instructor and is to gain thorough knowledge and understanding on fundamental principles of teaching and learning, instructional techniques methods. The course focuses on the candidate instructor’s maturity and judgment including their understanding of adults, behavioral attitudes, and variable levels of learning ability. It emphasis also on the role of the individual, human factors in the man–machine environment. Threat and Error Management (TEM), Crew Resource Management (CRM) including the appropriate use of behavioral markers are integrated throughout. The course may also serve as Online refresher CBT for all instructor categories (renewal or revalidation).
